Well this is embarrassing...
So it turns out the WPForms plugin that we used to collect Trader Applications had a mind of it’s own.
Sometimes it would send us the details of the application to the mailbox, and sometimes it would decide to send them to Jupiter or Mars or something… somewhere that’s definitely not to our inbox!! If you have submitted an application prior to the 29th May, the chances are we’ve not seen it… sorry about that!
A brand new form
The Trader applications page has now been updated and uses a shiny new Google Forms plugin instead. While it doesn’t look as fancy as the previous form, this one actually works, and we’ve been able to integrate it into a backend CSV file that automatically updates every time someone submits… posh!!
Please re-submit your applications
If you don’t see your name on the trader list HERE, please re-submit using the new form, or drop us an email at [email protected].
Hopefully there are no other little gremlins hidden on the site! If there are, just don’t get them wet…
