What an AMAZING day!!
Phew… now we’ve had a chance to get some sleep and gather our brains back up off the floor, we can give you some post show highlights!!
What a show, and our first show at that! The halls were packed with traders, and even more packed with visitors! There were bags of goodies flying out the doors left, right and centre! We hope everyone had as amazing a time as we did!
The first person in the queue got to choose the winning raffle ticket for the traders, gifting Detritivores a £50 dining out gift voucher! 
There were many tears and devastated people when the Lego Insect set got claimed in our special entry ticket raffle! If we could have bought you all Lego, we would have! Congratulations to the winner and we hope you didn’t get mugged leaving the hall 
Congratulations also to the winner of the Dave’s Little Beasties £90 Mystery Box! A first time spider keeper so we hope we’ve started you on your way to a completely obsessive hobby!!
Once again, a massive THANK YOU to everyone who came along for our first ever show. By the time we’d dragged everyone out kicking and screaming because they didn’t want to leave, we had over 1000 people through the door! You all absolutely smashed it out the park, exceeding our expectations threefold!!
And of course, none of this show would be possible without every single one of the AMAZING traders who came along and put their faith in us for the first time, we have made so many great friends along this journey!! Your tables were some of the best we’ve ever seen, and we can’t wait to welcome you all back next year! To all who came, please go and follow the social media pages of all the traders!
Speaking of next year, we got asked a lot if we were going to do another one, and we’re happy to say the answer is a massive and definitive YES!! Preparations are starting now so we can make it even bigger and better than this year, if that is even possible!
The last big THANK YOU goes out to everyone who helped out behind the scenes to make this possible; to all our friends and family who abandoned their weekends to run around hot event halls, to the venue and staff who managed to squeeze 1000 people into the car park and keep the bar and restaurant running non-stop all day!
